In order to serve all clients efficiently, I do require 48 hour notice for any change in scheduled service. You can do so by email or text to 610.554.9632. Failure to do so will result in a fee. Late arrival to scheduled appointment may be adapted to fit schedule without price adjustment. Arriving 15 mins late may result in rescheduling and a fee will be applied. Fees must be paid before rescheduling. Fees for canceling/rescheduling:
within 48 hours = 25% of scheduled service
within 24 hours = 50% of scheduled service
no call/no show = 75% of scheduled service
