We require 48 hours notice when cancelling all appointments. We understand life happens, however, please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We would like the opportunity to extend the time slot to another guest on the waitlist. If the appointment is not cancelled 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, your card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you do not cancel and don't show for your appointment, your card will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, and you will be required to put a deposit down for future appointments.
We understand circumstances arise beyond your control, so we extend a 15 minute grace period. However, we ask that you give us a courtesy call in the unlikely event you're running late. After 15 minutes your appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled.
The salon is closed Sunday thru Tuesday. All calls and texts will be answered on Wednesdays.
Service Adjustment Policy
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction, however, if you are experiencing challenges with your cut or color please call to let us know within 7 days of your visit. We will correct the issue with no additional charge. This policy applies only to technical issues. Should you decide to go in a different direction than the goals we discussed in consultation, this policy does not apply. When you require additional services to achieve your goal, this policy also does not apply. We do not offer monetary refunds for any services performed. We can ONLY guarantee color services if you purchase professional products from us.
Retail Return Policy
We will accept retail returns at full credit within 7 days after initial purchase, when purchased in salon, in like new condition.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards do not expire. Gift cards should be treated as cash - we cannot look up a gift card value for you without the card. Gift cards that are purchased at a discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers when redeemed. Gift cards purchased on Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and a few days prior to Christmas during the 12 Days of Christmas are not redeemable until Jan 1st of the new year.
We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests who come in to relax, and we also care about the safety of your little ones. Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We love children and children are welcome if they are receiving services but a busy salon can be a dangerous place for curious, bored children. Please do not bring children to appointments longer than 30 minutes.
