1. Cancellation policy:
We respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellation or changes. Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, payable before another appointment can be made. No shows will result in a fee of 100% of the service cost.
2. Late Appointments:
We ask that you give us a courtesy call in the unlikely event you're running late. After 15 minutes your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled.
3. Do you allow children in the salon?
We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests who come in to relax, and we also care about the safety of your little ones. Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We love children and children are welcome if they are receiving services but a busy salon can be a dangerous place for curious, bored children. Please do not bring children to appointments longer than 30 minutes.
4. Can I return product I do not like?
We will accept retail returns at full credit within 7 days after initial purchase, when purchased in salon, in like new condition.
5. What do I do if I am unhappy with my service?
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction, however, if you are experiencing challenges with your cut or color please call to let us know within 7 days of your visit. We will correct the issue with no additional charge. This policy applies only to technical issues. Should you decide to go in a different direction than the goals we discussed in consultation, this policy does not apply. When you require additional services to achieve your goal, this policy also does not apply. We do not offer monetary refunds for any services performed. We can ONLY guarantee color services if you purchase professional products from us.
6. Does the salon have parking?
Yes! We have off street parking.
7. Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
YES! Product build-up and natural oils can interfere with your coloring service. Having clean, dry hair prior to your appointment will ensure I am providing you with a great result.
8. What are your working hours?
We take appointments:
Walk-ins are accepted when available. Scheduled appointments always come first.
We are closed Sunday and Monday and all calls and texts will be returned by Wednesday.
